This, is Sim-U-Sex. Published in 1992 by a European software company for DOS platforms. It may be on others, but IDK. This is the only game they ever published, despite promising a sequel to everyone who registered their copy.

You're probably asking yourself, "Maddy, why would you play such a game?"
Elementary, my dear Tinycomrades. I thought it would be good for some lols, and I was not wrong. This game is so bizarre, so obscene, so unsettling, that you can't help but bust out with lols now and then. With digitized early 90s DOS sound, everything this woman says is nothing short of a lollercoaster ride.
