For sure every job I have had and that includes back in high school working at a TV shop to fix TV's and Supermarket as check out clerk and later as Electronics Engineer from day one It was first having to satisfy Military customer who I never once got a chance to actually see to later having to satisfy Triple letter US Gov people who sat around a conference table and said to group of Engineers - Tell us exactly what you can do for us today and tomorrow and we were told in advance they had unlimited money to spend with the provision - No lies no fibs no false promises but Yes to say - Well guys what you want may not even be possible by known Physics of 2day HOWEVER
With enough time and Money (later told to never mention money as that was unlimited) Bottom line was - Perhaps your nonsense request might be possible AND You did have to be upfront re Nonsense cause those Customers were super smart

Yep today I have clients and If I don't spend as much time with customer service as I do the technology - My clients be Toast - Its all about pleasing the customer
