Topic: Would you order a drone strike on an ISIS camp surrounded by gorillas?
+Anonymous A — 10.1 years ago #44,778
Let's say you're in the Situation Room in the White House and the CIA director tells you that they've found Al Baghdadi in a remote camp in Africa surrounded by endangered gorillas.
A drone is overhead with hellfire missiles that'll blow half the mountainside away.
If you strike, you'll kill the gorillas and the ISIS leader. But you'll deal a blow to ISIS and save innocent lives. If you don't strike, the gorillas and the ISIS guy live, but you condemn many civilians to ISIS' wrath.
What do you do?

Like two dozen gorillas versus the same amount of men?
Also are these all new Isis members?

What kind of gorillas are they? Are they great apes like orangutans and chimpanzees? Or like eastern/western gorillas?

Well since they are all male gorillas then I say bomb them twice. Just to make sure everything is dead.

FEL only aims to eliminate euthanize one sort of animal, but if a grater euthanasia opportunity is available that's in that service, exceptions may be made.
