I have a number of clients that demand I keep myself and work Stealth So Management tells Engineering groups They have gone over budget without results and will bring in consultant to solve - But they do not let the groups contact me or meet me even in text - Management just drops my work off and tells them to use it like it or not
I hate that way of working and wood be pissed off if it was done to me - Of course there are occasion when I do get to work with a group and they resent it. They feel as if I am taking work away from them. Hurt egos and all. Problem is management does not want to give me enough time to work out a quality relationship with a number of groups cause they no I will change them n bill them for the meet and greet time -
