So I had the idea of teaching my three year old nephew a little joke. He drinks a lot of juice, so I started pronouncing it as Jews. Every time that I handed him a glass, I would tilt my head down, narrow my eyes, and say the word Jews in a sinister manner. An example "Hey do you want some more (tilts head, narrows eyes)
Jews?"
Hopefully eventually teaching him to refer to drinks in this manner.
My girlfriend said that the Jews have been through enough and don't need this, but I just think that it's a little bit of fun.
Which is it?(Edited 2 minutes later.)

I'd say, moderately funny, sort of offensive if he does it in public.

As an Ex Jew who is now cut off from speaking for dem Jews - My opinion is mostly I don't no either.
What I do no is that adults say things to kiddlets that ends up very Confucius. Things that make no sense at all and some of them got in the way of me understanding for to many years.
Now OP this is something that happened to me - My last year of high school - I applied and got into a Calif State college - That is common now but back before God was even alive - No one did that except people who were so brilliant like a 12 year old that got into a major university and it hit the newspapers and TV news - Anyway I applied got in and 6 weeks later was told it was against the rules - No such rule existed so I beat the system
So like in my very first week I was treated ROYALLY by sweet older Uni girls cause I was still a Kid and anyway I ended up more than happy cept of course this DID not include any special bedroom benefits.
First WEEK the guys invite me to one of their beer busts n yes girls present - This Japanese guy comes over to introduce himself to me and in my short conversation with him I said
'''WHY DO JAPS xyzabc? I have no memory of what my question was - I do remember the next thing was - I was out cold flat out on the ground from HIS PUNCH - He knocked me out - I wake up he extends a hand to help me up and says NEVER call anyone Japanese a Jap. Thing is around where I lived growing up where Japanese were totally hated for WW2 they all used the term Japs
Of course I have used that word since for Jewish American Princess aka JAPS.
So OP er maybe what ur doing is not so much so good cause well cause

Mostly harmless, somewhat funny. Our nephew is around the same age and has picked up worse from his mother. Like I don't think this will really be an issue, but you don't want to accidentally cultivate bigotry in kids either.
After one of my close friends had his first kid we joked about the possibility of intentionally teaching his kid to mislabel zebras as unicorns or something equally inane/stupid. Forgot the specific example, but the idea is that it would be a long term mindfuck on par with Santa isn't real eventually, and just an inside joke until they figured it out. For instance imagine having your kid argue with other kids or teachers that "blue" is the color red (and "red" is blue) and have the kid think his peers/teachers are all crazy because he/she knows that "blue" is red. Something like that. He didn't go through with it, but he had one kid right after the other, and wow, it aged him fast.

Honestly, the Jews have not been through enough and this is not enough . Read to them the poisonous mushroom story! Great for children.
