On closer inspection, the account constantly insults Matt's poor dead gramma Iris and Matt's (possibly fake) girlfirend (and mother of his (fake?) child) Xiaoqing so it's an impersonator.
But who?
Well he gave it away by using Ninjj's schtick of obsessiving over "Leonidas".

I wonder why Ninjj hates Jews so much? What did he marry one like Alex Jones? After a bitter divorce, Alex Jones started attacking Jews after his divorce like he called out Israel for grabbing American guns. Alex Jones was court ordered to deed the family house (valued at $900k) to Kelly/Violet as well as sign a promissory note payable to Kelly/Violet in the amount of $2.7 million (Kelly/Violet also owns an additional house valued at $1 million).
