It's been pretty obvious that the people of this fine Chan, have grown tired of Bert's constant shitposting, and in no way, served as a well being here.

I believe the verdict is fair given the circumstances and advise the jurors to opt for no less than a six month b&, if not a permab& in the hopes that the time away will give Bert a chance to seek psychiatric care.

My vote is for six months in solitary confinement.

Upon his release and return to general population, we're monitor his behavior and if he repeat his offenses (which is likely), I say ban him for life.

He walked the line and will now be serving hard times.
