In a courtroom filled plot, and the multiple charges against Bert, the judge, Harry Stones, has found Bert guilty of climbing on a victims back in a sexual manner, in which the victim found disgusting.

The court is awaiting on a response from the victim as to whether or not she suffered any injury.
