Bert claims he has a job, which this court finds no evidence of. Therefore, Bert has been known to come here and rage before going to sleep.

Also, he comes here at night before he goes to his job, again that this court does not believe he has, to pester and annoy TinyChania before he goes in.

I admire your courage to step forward and fight for what you believe is right.

As for whether the court believes the defendant made any threads last night, that is currently unknown. Bert has been know to drop his UID's and post as a normal person, until someone upsets him.

So there is substantial possibility, that he may have posted, and until a moderator confirms this for me, I have no evidence.

There is also a good chance he read these, and just not responded.

The beating he received more than a month ago is not admissible in this court.

Also, I have deemed unnecessary, the recent ban from MC as any type of evidence, since it did not take place here. So any further mention of the Minichan ban, will not be permitted.
