With the current state of affairs, and the ceaseless increase in the current spread of FND. I bring to you, my Tinycomrades, a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of FND outbreaks.
1.What is FND?
Feral Negro Disease(FND) is a disease spread by feral negros, via bites, scratches, and afro-pick wounds. Symptoms include, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Darkening of skin, and Enlargement of Lips and Nostrils. There is currently no effective cure for FND, though TCSD constantly works towards finding a cure.
2.Where did FND come from?
FND is believed to have originated in Africa, and first brought here by an African male on a business trip to Knoxville, Tennessee. The disease spread initially when his semen was transferred to the cock of a local Negro, via the mouth of a homeless man who lives on Gay St.
3.How does an FND outbreak happen?
FND outbreaks occur when a feral Negro comes into contact with unaware whyte civilians. As mentioned above, the disease can be spread with simple wounds inflicted by the feral Negro. The longer it takes to contain infected negros, the further the disease spreads.
4.What can I do to protect my loved ones from FND?
The best way to avoid FND, is to avoid any and all contact with negros. You can never tell wether or not a Negro has been infected just by looking, that is what makes this disease so dangerous. Do everything you can to avoid coming into contact with any negros.
5.How can I survive an FND outbreak?
Time is of the essence in any FND outbreak, one wasted moment can be the difference between life and death. Upon receiving the first FND reports, barricade your home, arm yourself, and eliminate anyone who has had any contact with negros in the last 24 hours. Wait until you receive word that it is safe to leave your home before you do so.
This is the best advice I can give you after extensive research into FND. We are currently testing several new FND treatments, but they are far from complete. Please, do everything you can to avoid any contact with negros. Stay safe, Tinycomrades.

While I agree that preserving TinyComradeen life is of the essence and that all TCers should take basic precautions... perhaps it's best if we ride the storm a bit longer. We must consider the proposition that allowing the proliferation of FND may result in Bert's death and thus may serve the grater good in the end.
