I would like to point out that, not only I am the attorney, I am also a victim of Bert's constant rape and violence threat.
Bert, through out the years he has been posting on Tinychan, had frequently threaten to beat up my families, and especially to rape my (imaginary) sister.
His constant threats had put me and my families living in deep fear. We had to move multiple times to prevenr Bert from acquiring our address, and spent otherwise unnecessary high amount of money on self defenses equipment, further stressing our already poor incomes.
No single night could I and my families sleep in peace without worrying a drunken violent drug abuser would break in and violate us. I cant even imagine what would he do to my ass when he finally realize I dont have a sister for him to rape.
Everytime he calmed down he would claim all those are joke, but I assure you those isn't, everytime he is mad again, for either I do my job as a moderator or SOMEONE ELSE doing their job as a moderator, he would bring up all the same violence threats again. He is so fixated to me and my families, that one day he would actually work out his threats if his financial situation actually allows him.
Bert is a threat to me, to my families, and to Tinychan as a whole. Only by permanently prohibiting him from ever step into Tinychan again, could me and my families finally be able to sleep at night. Thankyou.

Just wanted to point out that Bert also attempted to rape the tranny known as Catherine via Minichan's IRC channel when Miss Catherine was merely trying to assist him with a simple task. This alone indicates to me that Bert is also a person who would seek attention as well as avoid social interaction. I also like to propose that Bert maybe sexually confused and thus puts anyone, male, female, trans, at risk of being defiled. Thank you.

Another recent development from Minichan, it appears Bert is officially banned from that site after he made more death and rape threats to the main administrator, r04r. However, Miss Catherine and Miss r04r, were not the only ones affected by Bert's attempts at "flirting" as resident Kook and moderator becky both became targets for this "man".
