In the 'Rules' section of your board, where you insist that people use excellent English, there are many, many spelling and grammar mistakes. For example, "Do not try change..." You forgot to use the infinitive 'to'...

I'll never post on the site, as it could easily be a phishing scam. However, on the outside chance it's actually legit, I'll make the following recommendations:
1. Offer Kook, Trip and On moderator positions. They have always been the most fair-minded mods on the chanosphere. In addition, don't make the Moderation Logs accessible to the userbase: contrary to popular belief, users do not have some god-given right to "police" the staff's decisions.
2. Institute a ban-on-sight policy for Fatfuck Matt Miller. He has a weird variation of the Midas curse where everything he touches turns to shit. Not kidding.
3. Don't employ Kimmo's rule-book, it will only cause resentment and drive users away. Kimmo used the "spelling error" rule as an excuse to delete comments he didn't like. As the owner/administrator of the site, you should simply tell the truth and say "that is unacceptable to me and the matter is not open to negotiation."
4. Install an image loading program. Present-day users expect it, and would have no reason to visit your board if TC & MC provide better facilities.
5. Encourage drama, but not stalking, doxing or online harassment. A little drama is healthy for any BBS, but ruining someone's life over a petty dispute is not. Make it clear from the very start that vendettas of this kind will not be tolerated, matter how much the victim appears to deserve it.
6. Make the board completely anonymous. This doesn't refer simply to namefags and attention whores, but also to the Alphabetical system (Anon A, Anon B etc) currently in use across the "chanosphere". Kimmo established the system to combat samefagging, but it's always been completely redundant because users can easily sockpost/samefag by simply switching between browsers.
That's my two cents worth. Take it or leave it.
