I have only one facebook account. Alias account. Gives you the facebook cookie and allows a view of crap on facebook. Use a dummy email account and discard it. Otherwise you end up with facebook spam on email.

I have a fake account, just use it for stupid bullshit like this. There is no one on my friends list, and I accept no request. I don't join games or other stuff, that way I don't get all that junk in my email.
On my real account, I'm careful with what I do to avoid getting shit in my email, I do not allow people to tag me, which is pretty much an invite for spammers.
