@previous (G)Yea and one can live life sitting in front of a computer or TV - I work wise sure do enough of the computer - but every AM without fail I hit my Ocean a blue upon waking up and usually get in 2-3 hours and then go on my daily run. Winter I can do the run in the early evening - but make it a point to live life instead of watching others on TV - sure I do my share of TV but often in multi-tasking with time delay on TVio or DVR -
