Coastal Commission wood not allow the building of a Mansion on the Ocean Front. One can, almost directly east of me in Rancho Santa Fe where Obama stayed the other day at a Qualcomm owned resort
I have a very nice place but its far from Mansion is sq feet - AND without a doubt one day an Earth slide will take out much of my back yard - Places South n North of me including such to my next door neighbor years ago at the SRF Church.
