You can't. It's mostly determined by genetics. You can give it time to see if it'll fill in, but I would just work with what I had, hit it with a beard trimmer, and go for a style I could pull off. The only alternative is a beard transplant.

I imagine an implant would cost quite the coin. I guess Rogaine on your face won't do much or horse shampoo... my shit Foo man choos near the lips. My dad dosent have that going for him. Idk. I guess I could trim here and there to even it out. Thanks.

For a lot of people it just takes time. Some people will have their beards fill in their teens, other won't have theirs fill in until their 20s, 30s, etc. But yeah a transplant would be a waste of money even if you had the disposable funds and rogaine is worthless. I'd just shave the mustache and trim the rest and see how it looks for now. It'll grow back if you don't like the look.
