In and Out is rated #1 and 5 Guys #2 - I have yet to check out 5 Guys and should cause they are in my 15 mile or so zone However its always listed as "notoriously high-fat burgers"
No McD's on list and in fact any list I can find on Web McD's always comes out LAST

Five guys is on my list and it sorta shocks me I Have yet to try it
In and Out is limited to maybe 1/3 of USA - Place is loaded with happy smiling employees - They all start at more then minimum wage - Being offered to see the potato they are going to fry just for me is cool - Letting me decide on just how crispy they will be and how much salt is terrific
