Guy isn't interested in 1933... Great depression, dust bowl, rise of National Socialism in Nazi Germany, European Gun Control and so on... Those who don't know history are DOOMED to repeat it. Beyond that though, we're a common law nation per the 7th Amendment of The Supreme Law of the Land in the USA, The Constitution. Common Law was enacted as THE LAW by 49 out of 50 state Constitutions. Common Law set CASE PRECEDENT all the way back into the 1600s and these case precedent LAWS are STILL IN EFFECT and can still be cited in court as arguments against these crooks. So, ignoring our rich history of The Rule of Law, these idiot cronies set themselves up to lawful prosecution and all they'd have to do to avoid it is live within Common Law standards of justice. Common Law is this simple, in it's entirety, "Encroach on no person nor their property. Do all that you have agreed to do." When you bring a suit to court in common law, due process is required. Due process entails submitting evidence to prove your claim, and your claim must be that you were damaged by some particular person's actions (the defendant or the plaintiff in a counter suit)...
