if theyre returning to meat, they dont care or tried veganism or vegetarianism as a diet for a quick fix and it didnt work, or it worked and now theyre done.... i went vegan cold turkey not even vegetarian, i dont feel "weak" and my hair isnt falling out blah blah n im not craving animals. almost everyone could go vegan and stay healthy or even be healthier, most likely.

dont tell your doctor youre going vegan because theyre almost always going to tell you you need milk or meat and then youll do it. also some people argue intuitive eating brought them back to meat and that that is healthy and normal and theyre listening to their body. well if i "listened" to my body i would be eating french fries for every meal and kit kats for snacks. but i feel better just eating healthier and my cramps have almost totally gone away and its only a matter of time and that is exciting for me because no doctor was going to tell me that i couldve fixed my cramps through diet. they werent gonna tell me anything just keep trying to new pain killers fuck
