Well turning them into oil isn't going to fly, but they'd be fine as biofuel, fertilizer, dog/cat-food, etc.

Although removing undesirable human's would decrease the world's rate of oil consumption and thus grately delay the oil crisis. If not avert it all together by buying enough time for the rest of humanity to possibly create new alternatives and/or to begin utilizing known alternative fuel sources on a larger scale.

Grate job, in theory this could solve the oil crisis and would help alleviate some other major issues of the day. A++
