We don't typically pander to homeless persons of color who lack internet access in the first place.

However, I've been told that you're authorized to purchase one (1) large sharpie and write 'TINYCHAN.ORG' on the front and 'UNLIMITED FURTACOS @ TINYCHAN.ORG' on the reverse side of up to twenty (20) plain white t-shirts and hand them out the homeless there. PM me and I will reimburse you once you provide photographic evidence of yourself wearing one, other people wearing them, and clear images of the receipts.
