An image taken at Date/Time Original 2015:07:15 17:46:50 isn't sufficient proof of your whereabouts during the scheduled bout. While I believe that you were staying at KARM or a nearby parking lot, you failed to meet MuthaTrucka or provide proof that you attempted to meet him at the scheduled time, you also refused or neglected to attempt to reach a compromise with an alternate neutral area if MuthaTrucka's suggested neutral territory would've caused you excessive financial hardship.

With the said I believe this is why the council ruled in MuthaTrucka's favor.

You must provide proof that you were at the location agreed upon, at the specified time, in order to claim victory over MuthaTrucka. By the looks of it, that picture was taken in the afternoon hours, while the "fight" was supposed to take place much earlier. Nor does your picture prove anything, other than you were at the corner of Gay St. and Magnolia Ave., and not in fact going to the Petro station, as was agreed upon. So, if anything, you have proven more so that the ruling in favor of MuthaTrucka is a justified ruling.

As far as we know, the trucker was the only one who might have been at the specified location. we can not prove he was, but Bert proved that he was not. He was selling his body on the corner of Gay St. and Magnolia Ave. Therefore, we must rule in favor of the trucker, as it sits now.
