MT declared a neutral territory first, if you would've came up with a neutral location prior to that, the council may have ruled in your favor. If both parties are still inclined to engage in combat, a third party appointed by the council will select a neutral meeting area.

The council takes deceit very seriously, yet considering the circumstances this has been ruled as a simple instance of a combatant antagonizing their opponent. The council is willing to accept the proof you intend to provide. There is a caveat, if an affray does take place in the future, there needs to be photographic evidence of the loser with 'Tinychan.org' tattooed or written in permanent marker on their forehead. If the loser is tattooed or hospitalized, the evidence is to be emailed to a third party appointed by the council to be sanitized before being posted on TC by another entity to protect all parties due to possible legal issues.

The council in cooperation with the TC sanctioned gambling committee are considering giving a portion of the pot to the winner of the bout, yet the point system has not been entirely worked out. Much will depend on whether a combatant is willing or able to record the event (preferably with a bodycam or a gopro).

P.S. Please keep in mind the duel is not intended to be to the death, although hospitalization, or breaking all of your opponent's fingers to prevent them from posting is acceptable. Alas this is meant to be a bare-knuckle brawl, not a torture session or an execution.
