I run a unique business which caters to large companies all across the USA and Canada. I have some very large accounts which require me to fly from state to state.
At times, I stay in locations for up to a month at various hotels. And, at times, I get lonely and wish for some companionship(preferably male).
Do you have any specials for someone who wants to rent your "employee" for up to a month? I also have a few friends who may be interested as well.

Typically to rent his services out for a full month it would be $720 for a 30 day period ($1.00 x 24 x 30 = $720), but you must house and feed him (within reason, e.g. a kennel and one happy meal a day is generally sufficient). NOTE: we are not responsible for any property, physical, or emotional damages. We do offer biohazardous clean-up services if you elect to house him indoors at $100 per ft².
If you book in advance I think I can go as low as $72/month. PM for further details.

Does your employee provide needed items; lubricant, handcuffs, whip, muzzle, maid outfit, etc. Or must I provide said items?
Also, three of my friends plan on joining and making this a gang bang on your employee. So 4 of us total...
We are willing to pay any amount it will cost to have him for 30 days.
We will not need a kennel, and he will not get a happy meal. He will get one McDonald's hamburger per day, and like it.

Apart from the timer he comes with no equipment or supplies apart from that which the good Lord supplied him with.
I will have to charge you the rate for 4 people, but will offer the same discount, so $288, although tips are accepted, please do not pay or tip Bert directly. I could care less how he's housed or fed, it's just part of the contract that he be housed and fed, payments are due up front, the cancellation fee is %60 unless we're given a two week advance notice, and you're responsible for picking him and dropping him off back at his current homestead or otherwise facilitating transportation. I think that covers about everything.

Look, this is a good deal for you, free housing and food, plus a little walking around money. Don't get uppity about it, if you were a $250k/month whore, I would charge $250k, but you're closer to a $250/month whore. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, it's not like you had any plans for the foreseeable future anyway.
