It's written like a some sort of declared variable inside code, but I haven't played any Rockstar games or looked through their files to know.
Something like TOWER_EXPLOSION would be self-explanitory, but ADD makes it seem like an arbitrary phrase. Don't make a conspiracy post if you're going to drop the shtick immediately.
