Given I live where there is so much of it Yes - However I must say Muslims make terrific food. I worked lived all over North Africa but the best examples were when I worked/lived in Israel.

In Israel the Druze which are a unique group of people make the best of the Muslim grub. They are not Muslims but have lived among them since eons ago. A lot of the dishes resemble Mexican cause many are sorta of Salsa like.
