backup your contact, msg history, game saves etc
factory reset
setup your google account to use google play
IMMEDIATELY download an antivirus app before anything else (I use Lookout)
then restore the stuff and download back whatever you need BUT BEWARE OF THE PRIVILEGE REQUEST BEFORE YOU ACCEPT TO ACTUALLY INSTALL ANY APPS
don't install any more shady shit

what did i install thats so shady tho lol i dont even use playstore games
well i didnt realize google phones need a virus scanner lol. i downloaded it now, it said it fixed my problems. if there are still popups then ill have to factory reset. i never backup my stuff cos im lazy
