Just got this stuff. Rated between 1.5 and 2 million scoville units. That's 10 times hotter than a habanero pepper. I put one drop in a pot of soup and it made it pretty hot, but bearable.
Just wanted to share. Anyone got any hot food stories?

I just added 10 drops to a 1.75L bottle of vodka. Now it's spicy vodka. I will be making Bloody Mary later.

I used to buy and collect bottles of such
Other then Tabasco for Gumbos n such or Sriracha sauce for Asian soups and various bottles of Mexican hot sauce - bottles to heat things up seem a waste now cause
Eating a roasted chile pepper is the way to go. Put a small amount of olive oil around a Jalapeno and slow pan roast it. It will become soft and the sugars in the pepper will become caramelized
You just turn them every few minutes until done and instead of a super hot burn you get to eat these chiles with Mexican food and enjoy a lot more then super hot heat.
Yes I love the peach/apricot flavors/aromas of Habaneros but only in limited amounts re super beyond hot heat. Trader Joes does sell a bottle of hot sauce made from Habaneros that Rocks.

That's stupid. Roasting and eating peppers does not compare to adding pepper extract to foods.
@460,496 (G)
Flavor is fantastic. It adds heat without adding other flavors, when used right. It really brings out the flavor of everything else.

I'm going to need you to turn on all the electrical appliances in your home, so I can gather enough energy to interact with the physical world.

That was a joke. Because you're a ghost, and Bhut Jalokia peppers are also called ghost peppers.
And why would you ask if you can haz, then say food does you no good? Get your shtick straight.

It's an ethereal thing, you probably wouldn't understand it. In fact, the knowledge of it would cause your human brain to explode. They were very clear on that at orientation.

I don't have a human brain. I have a cybernetically enhanced Borg brain.
I'm guessing it has something to do with you being ethereal and it being ethyl alcohol.

Also, ghosts are powered by liquor, like robots, it's science.
