Well... AIDS, ebola, influenza, other viruses, violence, etc are the natural world's way of limiting population growth. Nature just needs a helping hand to get on track. Whether it be a new engineered plague, radiation from nuclear weapons or depleted uranium, or by making the host world uninhabitable for the parasite.
The Negro is good at limiting their own population growth in the wild through tribal warfare, necklacing, spreading STDs, etc. Unfortunately in the first world they have a safety net which prevents nature from taking it's course. That's why Saint Wouter Basson was a hero, unfortunately he was never allowed to complete his magnum opus, or we'd be closer to a new utopia during mankind's final days.
