Sure, Bert's an emotionally unstable and infantile scumfuck alcoholic who craves human attention so badly he hits on anyone online that may be somewhat feminine and he could be a tad insecure due to his appearance, mental and physical illnesses, social status, age, etc to actually hit on women irl... but does that really mean God's wrath isn't the problem?

Both seem possible... I suppose Satan could be blessing the world by keeping Bert from procreating... whereas God is merely punishing Bert for his sinful ways.
