I am betting few here have ever eating a real bowl of Ramen.
Making the real thing at home I have done- Broth alone is a huge amount of work and hours of making.

I do on occasion use the packaged noodles BUT NEVER that packet of fake broth stuff - I also make it a point to cook noodles only to point they separate and never for more then 1.5 minutes

Great way to get rid of left over beef pork shrimp etc and veggies. I use a combo of beef chicken stock with added soy sauce and lots of fresh ginger.

Also 2nites menu is chicken Marsala - I do not do it often but I just consulted Google n I will do it Exactly as Emeril Lagasse specifies - I wood have mixed my Marsala with Chicken Stock and let it cook down b4 adding the pre browned Squashed Chicken breasts - He suggests first adding Marsala to deglaze the pan and then cooking that down and THEN Adding the stock

Mine will look almost exactly as in photo cept I will use Linguini noodles instead.
