Clearly the use of pink and blue represents genders as they are defined at birth. The displaying of eyelashes on the "woman" emphasizes that women must look their best and be consumed by vanity. The tie on the "man" enforces patriarchal gender roles where men should be the breadwinner. The puzzle pieces clearly assert that heterosexuality is the only orientation of importance, with each person holding the piece representing the gender they should seek relations with.
