That is not quick enough when compared to many common pistoal and rifle calibers. Look here: A fast baseball is commonly clocked at 90-100mph. A knife strike is not as fast. You might find a knife man from some crime syndicate, oar from the infantry, who can perfoarm a knife strike up to 3/4 as fast as that. So a fast knife thrust may achieve 70mph, about 110 fps. Common pistoal and rifle calibers can easily achieve 10 times that value.
