It doesn't read my discs.

It just makes a sound then ejects it then inputs it and then ejects it completely.

Figures the one time I want to play it, this happens.

No, none of my discs are badly stretched and shouldn't be as I rarely played it until now. I pop in the disc, the Wii makes scratching noises, it ejects the discs, it inserts it by itself, then ejects it completely.

Sounds like your Wii's DVD drive is fucked
You can try to clean the lens (google for how)
or just softmod it and play games via USB

lucky for you modding wii is easy as shit and you can modify it to play iso from an external harddrive or even at the very least a thumbdrive with 10gb of storage space
