To many of the Roasted Jalapenos
Don't know IF you have tried Jalapenos roasted/grilled - super easy to do at home. A small amount of oil on surface and pan roasting with slow turning for about 7-10 minutes converts the sugars into a caramelized candy like quality. One wants to keep on eating these sweet yet hot things and hours later as now my stomach says YOU ATE TO MUCH

The best I ever had were the beef tongue tacos, I was hesitant at first but damn were they good. Have since eaten brain and tripe tacos also really good.
