Just ignore it, lol. I made a change to the server configuration (HTTPS w/SNI) which breaks compatibility with some old browsers and operating systems. The most significant breakages are with IE ≤ 8 on Windows XP and below, and Android ≤ 2.3. Android 4.x is supposed to be compatible, but in your case it evidently isn't. If you can update your phone's software, try doing that.
