I have a lot to think about.
Dressed up and then they decided to chose a place walking distance to where I live. Kept meaning to check this lobster roll place out but just never got around to it - all of us wayyyyy Overdressed for the place but DAMN it was good. Huge chunks of lobster cooked to perfection on a roll. Not crazy about the rolls (Had a Crab Roll and Shrimp Roll and cup of terrific Clam chowder.
The company is laying off about 2% of staff and they do that every few years to trim away wot they should NEVER have hired in the 1st place and the way they hire people its hard to make mistrakes.
Reason for getting close to my house was to off load some lab equipment - Me thinks to reduce me from being at Company as often so as to allow me to trade stocks in companies THEY WORK WITH' and because I end up getting 2 much inside info I end up not allowed to make a lot o stock trades
So a lot of free lab equipment worth far more then I wood bill them - Guess I will not be billing them this time
And its not Doc's meme re 15 miles as that is a MC generated meme which Mods wished wood go away in about 15 minutes(Citing a deleted or non-existent reply.) (E)

Horrid fail of Dox. Aguila St are Condos at edge of Lagoon/Ocean if you look at Google Earth - I bought and sold that terrific Condo and new owners who paid me a nice down as I carried the loan - They defaulted leaving me with the down and they did not miss one payment - In theory I now have a business partner taking a 50% split of that unit buttttttt they want in on two houses that per sq feet lease out for much more except I cannot figure out why -
Condos in that complex and you can hit web - Rent out for $2250/Month for minimum sq foot units without Lofts. Don't want to share wot I am charging to the couple leasing but for sure they are paying too much LOLOLOL - Hey they could have said you want2 much will you reduce and I sure wood have if Asked. They do NOT know that LoL
No idea wot apts go for East of that complex but there are web sites to look such up
And need to dispel myth I live in a mansion - Bull Shit. On this section of Bluff next door to SRF No Mansions including the houses on Church property
I did live in Carlsbad back in 2007 while I was building the Cardiff by the Sea house. Fresh built in 2008 and its currently in just 7 years worth just under 10X what it cost me to build and damn if only I had taken the other vacant lot - Nothing other then my early Qualcomm stock has shot up in value like this house has
Mansion? Not with 4 bedrooms (One converted to office) 6 Bathrooms and just under 4000 Sq feet. Amazing how people figured out my PO Box yet cannot figure how to Dox worth shit
One might look at Google Earth view at the Church on either side Geeeeshhhhh some people are pure dumb as fuck
I think a Mansion needs to be about 15,000 Feet - Also my back yard AIN'T all that large and could end up as many down on the beach one day
