I was thinking, now that month gone and 4chan is dying (aka becoming a chat room) and since own anontalks Web address, why shouldn't I create the next big image board?

4chan has been "dying" for a long time and there have been several imageboards pop up that have come and gone to fill the void for people sick of cancer. Anyway unless you're bringing something new to the table, or focusing on some niche, I don't think the world needs more imageboards.

Not based on traffic growth - Difficult getting to show cause moot pissed off Google Analytics when Moot was busted for cheating and Google pulled the plug on them - Moot hates Alexia with a passion so I pulled up a site Moot likes and credits

So based on any charts or Stats I can find 4Chan is still adding page views n users - In theory worth a lot of money if managed correctly - BUT I have watched similar sites crash n burn

Alexia is worthless for a site like 4chan so his hate-on is justifiable.

Anyway my point was this: 4chan has been "dying" for a long time in much the same way the world has been about to end for a long time. Armageddon keeps getting postponed.

For years n years people keep saying that about Alexia. Yet when I compare their analytic's to say Google Analytics or one of several - all end up in ball park re web traffic ranks - page views.

Advertisers and I am no expert at this but have a few long term friends who work for famous ad agencies and they use Google Analytics to decide where to place clients ad money on.

I am running out of time or wood pull up 5 different sites to compare 4Chan on and betting 4Chan continues to show continued growth - few years ago it was rumor that one monster was going to try and buy 4Chan but content wood make it hard to get legit advertisers to support. Odd cause Fox News which scares off many legit ad people does make a fortune with odd ball advertisers -

4Chans death could come easy re its continues to run in serious RED and has for only moments held at edge of some money each time Moot begs - Perhaps they will end up with a more better beggar keeping it going - For sure Moot could not keep Canvas afloat as his Mom had run out of money to help
