There is no one definition of Neutrois, since each person that self-identifies as such experiences their gender differently. The most common ones are:

Neutral-gender
Null-gender
Neither male nor female
Genderless
Agender

Gender identity has nothing to do with sexual preference :) or so I've read.

It basically means that although I was born female, I don't self identify as such. I self identify as a human, gender has never played a huge part. I cringe a little at the labels "male" and "female" except in terms of science. I've never fit traditional m/f labels. It is a little hard to understand.
