I would like to once again apologize for the incident between you and Negi. Negi has never bitten anyone before, nor behaved aggressively in any way. Still, that does not excuse the fact that he bit you, which I'm sure was a painful and traumatic experience.

I have worked very hard to train my dog to be calm, loyal and obedient. I assure you that I will take steps to make sure that this type of behavior does not happen again. I would also like to pay for your treatment.

Attached are copies of Negi's rabies and vaccination records, all of which are up-to-date. Again, I am so sorry that this happened to you.
