We may attempt to create a slow acting euthanasia agent and put it in vaccines again. The last time we tried this we ended up bringing about the autist plague.
First we must remove extremist movements like Wahhabis, the Christian Right, Zionists, etc. This move would be made possible by a vaccine for something like ebola... working closely with the CDC and WHO we believe we will get the formula right this time around.
