My x worked with Alzheimer's patients and I really enjoyed the stories he told about them and what solutions staff would come up with to handle problems.
I think any/all of the three topics would be interesting.

So what had happen wuh this patient today took a picture of his X-ray after his visit and said he was gonna document his trip to the office and then he turned to me and said something like "but you know what that means, you can't escape it either" and took a picture of me too... Which I thought was kinda weird but whatever, then he took ANOTHER picture of me in the room, and I took him up front and then he took yet anotherrrr picture of me up there. Well I remembered his name so I could stalk him on Facebook and see if he posted anything and I found it, and he posted a picture but it was only the picture of the X-ray. WTF IS HE DOING WITH MY PICTURES

I guess the kind of patient you work with doesn't gives that kind of vibe. My father used to work at a loony bin and some of people there sounded terrifying, but that was at a time when "mental hospital" just meant "garbage heap of society" so it was all quite inhuman.
