I used to say yes then no and it was a no for lots n lots of years. My Mom is great with Vegas and on every trip she wins and covers all expenses with lots of cash left over - Back when I worked for Hughes Malibu Research labs n mostly b4 marriage - Company offered trips for almost no cost and of course we stayed at one o the Hughes owned hotels and I always won enough to cover losses of friends

Got married and went to show wife how easy it was to win butttt I after hours n hours n hours only broke even - So I stopped. Buttttttt the last Presidential election turned me in2 one hell of a gambler

Law in USA say illegal to gamble on Presidential election so Vegas cannot give odds or take bets. Buttttttt in Ireland/England its not only legal they offer one hell of a system to play the elections on a daily hourly by the minute basis. They do require USA Citizen has a valid with proof of address in Eu as well as a Bank account in Eu

I have that which Qualcomm long ago supplied me and just never closed the accounts out or the address's So as long as I pay my IRS tax on gain the US law says I B ok to place bets - Just NOT via the Internet - Can look at odds etc and get all details but cannot use Telco or Net to place the bets - Of course laws have so many loopholes so well er I use a loophole to place the bets from my house and I damn make sure local FBI office knows I do it and how I do it - So they can ask US Congress to change that law to close the loophole buttttt I also know under current Congress such will never happen

But no stories for Vegas as in making huge money - Best story I have actually is the last time I was in a Casino and placed bets and it was Atlantic City NJ - I ended up with about $150 and was so bored with the wasted hours I spent and as I was walking to cage to convert chips to cash I could see a newly wed couple still in wedding outfits so I just took the box of chips I had and handed them over to the couple and just walked away.
