Shit happens when you party naked.
The state might come in or w/e but I doubt they really do much of anything, because... well... it's Florida. We have a couple nursing homes near here that've done far worse, the state comes in, does fuckall, things tighten up for a bit, then it goes back to being shitty.
A lawsuit and fines, the voodoo woman's termination, and a spot in the news are real possibilities if the family or whoever is upset enough about it though.
Just smile for the camera if a reporter comes by and blame it all on tinychan.
