Actually, I should probably back up. I assume internet explorer based on him using a laptop and being unable to afford a macbook and incapable of setting up a hackintosh or linux. But then, I'm not even sure he has a laptop, I remember at one time he was bragging about some tablet he got, which might be all he has.

This browser is actually pretty cool. I love it. Though it does display pages confusingly. I wish there was an auto-reload feature and for the scroll bars to function.

Lynx Yep this Tyrannosaurs Rex used to use that browser - Only for FTP as I remember. Apple had first GUI I used and MS was MS DOS with no GUI but it sure was useful and shocking though it may be

1884?85 had MS 1.0 GUI which ran of course on top of MS DOS and just like apple it required to floppy disks - maybe the apple was just one but you had to move the floppy from one drive other - Lisa?

I am still fuzzy brain after coming in from not 2much Surf to Surf - still really nice out in Ocean - Need a Tripe Espresso

- At Qualcomm there were top notch programers who still wrote stuff in MS DOS for specific reasons. Mostly cause on a modern pc of say 1996 gen - MS DOS could do shit more speedy then Win 95 of its times. Then again many were still doing MS DOS for games because of speed not bogged down by added browser.

Have a story for some other time about being stuck with such a computer in Australia and after like 18 years of NOT using DOS I get stuck with one PC with it and in deep need of getting full up to speed ASAP
