Classes do that to you. Recently I took on a quick hands on electronic circuits design assignment - room nuff for very tiny parts that would almost be difficult to view on your thumbnail.

Math to do this if I were to show it to you - looks mean as fuck. Hours of calculations over n over n over again as iteration to finally see if in fact its possible to solve the problem.

When I said Yes of course I am so very good at that type of problem and can whip it out quickly - Its been like 15 years since I last worked on that type of design problem - where I was just super super fast at solving that kind of math (its called Matrix Math) and I was

Alas 15 years later I found myself totally DUMB AS DUMBFUCK - Grinding out the equations till I wanted to gouge my eyes out and actually got very depressed at my FAIL

So much so I questioned IF I was losing my mind as in Alzheimer's. Got the hell out of my office for a fast appoint with a MD Brain doc 2 run a series of tests to see if my brain was in brain drain

Passed mostly but clearly it was not brain rot just the need to keep grinding away hour after hour after hour - Equations when done correctly provide a hell of a lot of valid answers - Just that many as good as they are ...will only work in some alternate reality.

So after several days of grinding that shit out - and issues made software for Math as purchased just a fail - I ended up with a solution Butttttt it required a part that has yet to be invented YET

So back to doing it all over n over n over --- all while keeping my other clients happy with work output - drove me almost bat shit crazy - Then when I get the solution and try it in a lab at Qualcomm and it works just puuuurrfect - I bill the client Verizon for all those many hours - about 120 hours at a large per hour fee. They come back and say hey wait one minute YOU TOLD US you could just whip that sucker out quickly

Embarrassed YES but I just was not willing to back down - have the cash in wallet for the work cause they do pay on demand - buuuuttt I no there are people over there talking behind my back about a promise broken
