Nope had nada to do with any part of this space program. Just a happy observer - considering all that has gone wrong with it over the decade.
They had to turn it off for a very very long time. I turn many Satellites OFF for a cool down period but NEVER for years at a time. Not unless its a final goodby and C U when you fall down on ground/ocean

Will say that I have stayed super super close to the company that built the lander - They currently have a contract to perhaps put me out of the fixing Satellites in space (one day)

Contract is to design and beta deploy a set of two space crafts. Plan in place still in R&D stage is to go up to LEO orbits - grab a Satellite such as my Globalstars and open it up and fix it OR OR

To grab it pack it up and get it to where its not going to fall on YOUR Council house and make for embarrassing news.

That is the plan anyway and someone has to do this because my Globalstars which will one day have to fall and burn up - will burn up b4 any possible damage butttttt BUTTTTTT

A FEW LEO's have ATOMIC Crude as part of what powers them - Doooooon't ask me to name them - Usually Atomic power plants in space are ONLY used for stuff that goes wayyyy out beyond where Sun is usefull to keep Solar panels going to power up space craft.

However is some wacky design wisdom Atomic power ends up closer to home then should be

So grabbing such in space makes sense - besides my Competitor Iridium Satellites - Not that long ago a Spy in Space failed from GetGo Russian Satellite SLAMMED Rite into a Iridium - a very very bad thing indeed givin Iridiums when just one goes kaput can take out communication to the whole fleet all at once - very dumb design being re-designed for 2nd Gen in a couple 3 years

One does wonder why NORAD failed to see in advance with computer models the crash in2 - cause it wood have been easy to just fire a rocket on Iridium and move it out of the way of that bad bad dead in space Russkie bird

In theory NORAD No's all there is to know when it comes to stuff in space out of position - No launch of any space craft from Earth is done without hard on line on phone on video with NORAD -

IF one of mine were to wander around out of view from one of my Satellite ground based control 6 Meter dishes - Norad can locate it for me so I can point dish in exact spot to say HEY THERE U child just stop wandering off and let me re-position you and damn you do not do that to me again.

AND NOW Time to dress up is Suit yes a full suit for a meeting over at Qualcomm cause they have some out of town client that needs to b impressed by other then normal dress code of cargo shorts etc at Q

NO ONE wears a suit in San Diego cept TV news people while on TV
