I have a theory that almost all penis shapes and curves are formed through masturbation. Mine is kinda flat on the left side and slightly curved on the right and I'm pretty confident this formed over years of masturbating right handed. On top of that, my erection is really thick (side to side not circumference) where I always stroked it most and I usually applied pressure top and bottom with my thumb and fingers. I challenge someone to point out a guy with a curve to the right who is right handed or a curve to the left who is left handed. Majority of curves tend to be to the left, the majority of people are right handed. If you curve down you probaly put pressure down on your erection while masturbating and opposite for up.
We all know here that pe can change the shape of your penis by making it longer or thicker and squeezes in your routine work as well. Masturbation is like a light squeeze (or hard depending how you do it) that guys do all the time for their whole lives and they usually have a certain way they have always done it. I've seen so many threads about curves and when you ask them about their masturbation habits they are almost always applying some sort of pressure in that direction/spot.
My theory would be you have made your self thinner in the middle of your shaft through years of focusing your masturbation there with a tight grip. Perhaps you didnt make yourself thinner, perhaps the tight grip mostly in the center actually made the top and bottom thicker similar to PE squeezes. If you think about it you have probaly been doing this for years and people see changes from PE in mere months.
