Most of his activities involve already other people - for example, claiming that one of his acquaintances was pregnant with his child was just one of a long line of despicable acts he committed over the years (and that's to say nothing of his stalking, harassment and swindling of unsuspecting minors). I agree with AnonB that he's on a downward slope; it's just difficult to imagine how low he's willing to sink in his never-ending quest for self-gratification.
