Southern American accents are just terrible. I have the same opinion of people that sound like that as I do when I hear blacks speaking inner city ebonics.

Australians also sound particularly stupid and I just assume that a white person speaking with an Australian accent is a low intelligence racist idiot.

In the UK the Birmingham (Brummie) accent is almost universally disliked. A nasal, grating series of dialects.

A fallacy. My middle English accent gets me laid 4 times a day at least. Speaking politely and eruditely without calling each other "our pet" or saying "eeeeee bah gum" is definitely the superior way to communicate.
